      <description>&lt;p&gt;The&amp;nbsp;inventory of &lt;strong&gt;Henderson Nevada bank owned&amp;nbsp;homes&amp;nbsp;(REOs) &lt;/strong&gt;has steadily reduced over the last two months.&amp;nbsp;There&amp;nbsp;have been reports of&amp;nbsp;banks accepting more short sales and&amp;nbsp;loan modifications.&amp;nbsp;This needs to continue if we are to find our way back to a 'normal' real estate market.&lt;/p&gt;

The median selling price was $172,500. Buyers in the market may need to &lt;strong&gt;write multiple offers and go above list price&lt;/strong&gt; to be successful.&lt;/p&gt;
