Hi John - very nice market report.  It would appear that things are moving in your area.  I like your style and will come back to it when I....ummm...get off my stool and do my reports which I'm behind on.  I need to make some changes and I like the look of your report.  Do you do these for all the subdivisions you sell in?  I also like the way you display your designations on your home page.  Gee John, you're pretty good ;-)

I just went back to your blog and see that you do these reports for the different areas.  Are you getting much action from the public?

Looks like your market is awash in Distressed Properties, and they are leading your market.  Thats largely what's happening in the Frederick MD real estate market.

John, 16 out of 20 were Bank owned or short sale? I guess the good news is they are moving and you are able to clear the inventory.
