Only five homes and one townhouse closed, compared to 10 homes and 4 townhouses in the 3rd quarter. Annual activity was down 39%, with a total of 40 sales in 2007, compared to 66 in 2006.
Existing resale inventory of 42 homes and 3 townhouses (plus 2 homes with accepted offers) indicates a very strong buyer's market. The neighborhood of Los Prados offers swimming, tennis, and walking trails and is convenient to the I-215 beltway.
