Hi John, I like your reports and the very clear layout that really gives great information to the coonsumer. How are the prices, are they still dropping remaining mostly flat or is there an uptick?
Jim - You're right, everything from entry level to guard-gated custom homes.
William - Thank you! Prices have been mostly flat, and the percentage of distressed properties (short sales and REOs) has decreased slightly. I'm expecting the same for 2012.
