Hello John, I like your Blog on the Brickwater Condo project. The Blog is short, but to the point.
I also sell Real Estate in Las Vegas, but I specialize in Commercial, Investment & Land. I am also a foreman on construction buildings on the Strip. I worked on MGM Residences, Red Rock Resort & Casino, One Las Vegas, Planet Hollywood, City Center, and more.
I may be doing some work at the Brickwater Condo Project also. Feel free to contact me any time and we can talk about present and upcoming future projects coming to Las Vegas. Once again, very good Blog.

Looks like a very interesting project. Like the same level parking and the pet park. Good luck selling it!
