Home sales in Concordia at Lone Mountain West, a neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas, NV were disappointing in the second quarter of 2007. Just one home closed in the second quarter, down from 4 in the 1st quarter.

Existing resale inventory increased by 50% (from 12 to 18) creating a highly competitive market. Sellers may need to re-examine their pricing strategy and make adjustments in order to attract attention from buyers. Homes in Concordia at Lone Mountain West have convenient access to the I-215 Beltway and are close to the recreational opportunities of Red Rock and Mount Charleston.
