Twitter Tips from ProbloggerWhen I started using Twitter a couple of months ago, I immediately realized how it could play a big role in social networking. I also saw its potential to educate, to share links and photos, or just to post a quick 140-character observation. But was this micro-platform just a cute diversion, or could it have serious business uses as well?

Southern Highlands: Toscana Vineyards market report - 4th quarter, 2007

Home sales activity in Toscana Vineyards, a neighborhood in the master-planned community of Southern Highlands in Las Vegas, NV stayed slow  in the 4th quarter. Four homes sold, one more than the 3rd quarter. This brought the 2007 total to 13 homes sold, down 38% from the 2006 tally of 21 sales, 

Existing resale inventory of 18 homes (plus 3 with accepted offers), indicates a strong buyer's narket. Homes in Toscana Vineyards at Southern Highlands are close to schools, parks and shopping, as well as the south Las Vegas Strip,

Southern Highlands: Royal Highlands market report - 4th quarter, 2007

Home sales activity in Royal Highlands, a neighborhood in the master-planned community of Southern Highlands in Las Vegas, NV trailed off in the 4th quarter of 2007. Six homes closed, down from eight in the 3rd quarter. For the year, activity was up 12%, with 29 closings in 2007, compared to 26 in 2006.

The current resale inventory of 49 homes, (29 in Inverness and 20 in Glen Eagle), plus 9 with accepted offers, (1 in Inverness and 8 in Glen Eagle) indicates a strong buyer's market in both neighborhoods. Royal Highlands at Southern Highlands is a gated community, with quick access to schools, parks and shopping, as well as the south Las Vegas Strip.

Glen Eagle is a 2-story collection from 2,162 to 2,548 square feet. Southern Highlands: Montagne Marron market report - 4th quarter, 2007

Home sales activity in Montagne Marron, a neighborhood in the master-planned community of Southern Highlands in Las Vegas, NV kept a steady pace in the 4th quarter of 2007. Four homes and one townhouse closed, compared to two homes and three townhouses in the previous quarter. The 2007 total of 13 homes and 9 townhouses sold was down 39% from 2006 when 20 homes and 16 townhouses closed.

The current resale inventory of 21 homes and 5 townhouses (plus 3 homes and 1 townhouse with accepted offers) represents a buyer's market for homes, but is close to a balanced market for townhouses. Homes in Montagne Marron at Southern Highlands are close to schools, parks and shopping, as well as the south Las Vegas Strip,

Southern Highlands: Cortona Hills market report - 4th quarter, 2007

Home sales activity in Cortona Hills, a neighborhood in the master-planned community of Southern Highlands in Las Vegas, NV slowed in the 4th quarter with only one home closed. This brought the 2007 total to 9 sales, down 25% from 12 homes sold in 2006.

Despite the slow 4th quarter, the current resale inventory of 4 homes should still be considered a balanced market. Homes in Cortona Hills at Southern Highlands are close to schools, parks and shopping, as well as the south Las Vegas Strip.
