At 3 PM Central, KWU faculty member Gene Rivers interviews Charlie and Courtney Yates, from Murfreesboro, TN, about their systems, how they market and brand their team, and how they kick-started their business. Documenting their daily activites gave Charlie and Courtney valuable information to build the systems that make their team successful. Team Yates has eight members and closed over $26 million in 2005.

Candle Creek market report - 1st quarter, 2007

Home sales in Candle Creek, a neighborhood adjacent to the master-planned community of Whitney Ranch in Henderson, NV are up very slightly so far in 2007. Six homes closed in the first quarter, compared to five in the same period in 2006.

Existing resale inventory of 19 homes (plus 1 home with an accepted offer) means buyers have lots of options. Competitive pricing and great showing condition are keys to success in this market. Homes in Candle Creek offer good values relative to the overall Las Vegas market.
