Lake Las Vegas Resort - 4th quarter sales

In the fourth quarter of 2006, five homes, two townhouses and three condos were sold through the MLS at Lake Las Vegas Resort in Henderson, Nevada. The current available inventory is 86 single-family homes ($670,000 - $14,500,000), 128 condos ($315,000 - $2,500,000) and 10 townhouses ($575,000 - $1,450,000). There are also several active builders. Here are the summaries of the 4th quarter sales (Subdivision, Sale Price, BR, Sq Ft, Details):
